Hi, I’m a UX and Product Design leader who believes in the power of empathy, systems thinking, and creative collaboration. I lead design teams to reach their highest potential and create products that empower real people; not just “users.”
Currently, I lead the Design team at Travelport, a global travel technology company that connects buyers and sellers of travel through one of the world’s most powerful retail platforms. Our design team plays a key role in modernizing how travel agencies search, book, and service trips: simplifying the complexity behind global travel retailing.
UX Leader
I lead with empathy and enthusiasm. I build teams where collaboration and trust fuel great design. By fostering strong relationships between designers, engineers, and stakeholders, I help establish design practices that people want to work with (and grow within).
Design Thinker
Big ideas start with curiosity. I love bringing together cross-disciplinary teams to uncover insights and co-create solutions. I’ve planned and facilitated dozens of workshops that help teams clarify problems, align on goals, and unlock creative momentum.
Product Designer
I’m a designer at heart: meticulous by nature and passionate about craft. I’ve led every stage of the design process, from strategy and research to prototyping, validation, and delivery.
Human-Centered
I don’t design for “users”; I design for humans - emotional, irrational, wonderfully complicated humans. I bring empathy into every aspect of my leadership and design practice.
