Travelport is beginning to explore how AI can shape the future of travel booking. This prototype introduces a conversational chatbot that enables agents (and potentially travelers) to search, compare, and book flights directly through natural dialogue.

Developed in close collaboration with product leadership and the AI team, these early screen examples are vision pieces—created to spark ideation, guide discussion, and illustrate how AI-driven tools could complement Travelport’s point-of-sale experiences. The goal is to explore what an adaptive, conversational booking flow might look like, and how it could evolve alongside our traditional POS.
