Mapping interdependencies

I used a Service Blueprint to map the interdependencies between the front-end POS UI, the underlying APIs (shopping, pricing, PNR, ticketing), and airline/content sources, aligning frontstage steps with the backstage services that power them. This allowed us to visualize the wider service environment as an ecosystem (partners, data sources, APIs) highlighting end-to-end data flows and the handoffs that most affect latency, reliability, and UX. Together, these artifacts exposed bottlenecks, clarified ownership, and guided where to optimize the orchestration layer for performance and consistency.
